Use of Dreamer
Dreamer helps parents and caregivers track baby sleep, routines, activity, and related notes. You are responsible for the information you enter and for keeping your account credentials secure.
Not medical advice
Dreamer is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Consult a pediatrician or qualified clinician for medical questions, symptoms, sleep safety, feeding, medication, or urgent care decisions.
Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are billed through App Store or Google Play. Trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by the applicable store and its policies.
Refund requests
If you ask Apple or Google for a refund, you authorize Dreamer and RevenueCat to provide the applicable store with limited purchase-review information: whether the purchase was delivered, whether sample or trial content was offered, and Dreamer's refund preference when a matching policy applies. This does not include your baby profile, sleep records, activity logs, notes, health information, or per-transaction usage events. Apple or Google makes the final decision under its own policies. You may withdraw this authorization for future refund requests by contacting support@dreamer.care before submitting the request.
Account deletion
You can delete your account in the app or request deletion by email. Deleting your Dreamer account does not automatically cancel App Store or Google Play subscriptions.
