Information we collect
Dreamer collects the information needed to provide account, baby profile, sleep tracking, activity logging, subscription, and support features.
- Account information such as name, email address, authentication identifiers, and selected app settings.
- Baby profile information such as name, birthdate, optional photo, height, weight, and sleep routine settings.
- Sleep and activity information such as naps, overnight sleep, feeding, diaper, medicine, growth, doctor visit, custom activity, notes, and timestamps.
- Subscription information from App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat, such as product, entitlement, renewal, cancellation, and transaction state.
- Technical information needed for app functionality, security, diagnostics, and notification delivery.
How we use information
- To operate Dreamer, sync your data, and show sleep and activity history.
- To personalize sleep insights, reminders, schedules, courses, and app preferences.
- To manage authentication, caregiver sharing, subscriptions, customer support, fraud prevention, and account deletion.
- To improve reliability, troubleshoot issues, and comply with legal or store requirements.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We do not use personal information for cross-app or cross-site tracking. We share information only with service providers needed to run the app, such as hosting, database, authentication, subscription, and app store services, or when required by law.
Storage and security
Dreamer stores account and app data using Supabase and subscription data through RevenueCat and the applicable app store. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information, but no system can be guaranteed perfectly secure.
Children's privacy
Dreamer is intended for parents and caregivers. The app stores baby-care information entered by adults. It is not intended for direct use by children.
Your choices
- You can update account and baby profile information in the app.
- You can delete your account in Settings > Account Settings > Delete Account.
- You can request account deletion from the web account deletion page if you no longer have access to the app.
- You can cancel paid subscriptions through App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
Account deletion
Deleting your account removes your profile, baby profiles, photos, sleep and activity logs, settings, and local app data. Store subscriptions must be canceled separately through App Store or Google Play because deleting an app account does not automatically cancel store billing.
