Delete from the app

  1. Open Dreamer and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Open Account Settings.
  4. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email support@dreamer.care from the email address on your Dreamer account. Include the subject "Delete my Dreamer account". We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing the request.

What is deleted

  • Your Dreamer user profile and authentication account.
  • Baby profiles and optional baby profile photos.
  • Sleep sessions, activity logs, routines, notes, settings, caregiver links, and related app data owned by your account.
  • Local app data on your device after the in-app deletion flow completes.

What may remain

App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat may retain purchase records as required for billing, tax, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. Deleting your Dreamer account does not cancel active store subscriptions. Cancel any active subscription directly through App Store or Google Play.

Timing

In-app deletion begins immediately. Email deletion requests are typically handled within 30 days after account ownership is verified.
